macarthy russell blair: papa's "surprise" birthday party

well, it was supposed to be a surprise, but the first person that papa saw at the golf course the day after the invitations were sent said something about it and it was very quickly no longer a surprise party! but, it was still very very nice. papa's friend jerry lives on the marsh- it was beautiful- and him and his wife rita threw a really great party saturday night. i met a new friend there too, her name was katie, she was born on the exact same day as me!!! we had fun playing together. we stayed at their house past my bed time, so later i just made myself at home and watched some college football with the boys...
